Takes EL without any reason, what can i do?
What can we do to my staff when he takes EL without a good reason.
The situation is like this.
He just applied WFH, after his application has been approved. He go back to his hometown and when we ask him to come to the office he said he is at his hometown.
In our policy for WFH is you must be reachable at any time during working hour when required to come to the office.
He now at his hometown and argue that he is not able to reach to the office. And now he just email HR that he will take EL for along this week.
What can i do with him?
