老实的告诉员工。。。公司是在逼不得已的情况之下。。。第1步骤。。UPL...coz company can assist employees to apply n obtain ERP ( max. rm600 n up to six months )....第2步骤..cut working day & working hours ...第3步骤..Salary Reduction....第4步骤....retrenchment / layoff .............再不。。公司倒闭。。全部人失业!

my personal advise.....issue another memo/ notice to all employees..mentioning that ---management HAD received MAJORITY confirmation on Voluntary UPL , therefore company will proceed
