Complete all tasks given to you according to timeline and meet the set KPI. Provide verbal reports where possible or else give him/her a weekly written report. Ask your superior what else you can do apart from the given tasks. Be helpful. These are simplest and most effective things that you can do to show your commitment and loyalty.
