How to handle unwillingness to corporate staff and rude staff that is not willing to resign?

When you talk about resign means the person is not suitable for your company. Maybe you can encourage the employee to change to a better industry that suitable for the employee.


Or maybe, you can have PIP- Performance improvement plan. If talk about attitude, we have to counsel them. You have to really ask them what is important for the job. Try to 1 to 1 talk to them. Try to understand the employee. Hope it helps :)
