Can company requiest for prove for car accident leave?

If an employee apply for emergency leave could be due to car accidents. Can the employer ask for the police report or car damage pictures as supporting documents? Is the employer has the right to do so?

Up to ur company policy. Normally employer has the right to probe as emergency cases requires employers to exempt employees from following policy. If employers satisfied wt the reason, they can consider to use from AL. If not, considered as unpaid leave.
