Any action that can be taken for employees didn't do WFH?

Any of you experiencing employee did not do work from home even they are supposed to? Try to call them so many times but only woke up at 3PM. Is there any action that can be taken?

First of all, is their job done? Value JOB DONE, not hours spent. Just make sure they observe the goals/assignments given. However, if their work needs time sensitivity and involving other parties, then they should observe time/schedule. Start issuing company’s own WFH guidelines. Also, make an official communication eg via email, whatsapp and memo.
