Any HR cost reduction plans can increase business revenue?
Not sure if this topic was brought up before but does anyone have any HR cost reduction plans or ways that HR can help the business increase revenue during this EMCO period ? I can only think of the following for now: 1. Utilising free online training 2. Utilising free job ads 3. Freezing of recruitment activities 4. Freezing of bonus / increment / adjustment Does anyone have any other better or more innovative ideas ? Kindly share if possible. Thanks in advance.
