What action should the company take if employee keep borrow money from others?

1 employee in company keep asking other employees to lend money to him, all the employees refused and he threatened to kill them and left the company at 4pm. Work time is till 5pm.

Immediately. Do not let him come back to work the next working day. If you have enough evidence, run a DI and terminate him. At the same time, make a police report. But do it tactfully and carefully
