1) Never think of yourself as indispensable, feel grateful that you have the opportunity to contribute. 2) Nobody is bigger than the organization and its goals. If you are not contributing, you might be a burden to the company. 3) Avoid negativity at the workplace and at all cost avoid gossiping - negative things bubble up very quickly, noise gets created and you will be found out sooner than later. 4) Avoid Attitude problem, never show bad attitude to your supervisor or superior. 5) Do not be disrespectful to anyone if they do not know your work, they are here for a reason, to do what you do not know. 6) Know your rights, know why you are doing a work, more than anything know yourself and what you want from your life. 7) Be natural, be contributing to your business, profile and organization.
