I'm currently working in penang. But my boss suddenly ask me to relocate to KL as they don't need people in penang. But my offer letter didn't state that they can relocate me anytime.What should I do?

I believe some of benefit need to have for you to move to KL especially with high cost staying in KL. You should discuss with your boss on transfer letter. Without transfer letter you also can't move officially even though verbal conversation already have. This to secure you during your journey to build career in current company.
