What to do when the organization's are less aware of the workers hospitality for example like didn't provide a water machine for the workers especially for those who work on night shift or a surau?

I would say it is call as benefits, some company providing water machine and some are not. This actually depending on company financial but you can suggest to the organization in a proper way, who knows that they might rethink back again.
