Boleh ke syarikat suruh pekerja ambil cuti "wajib?"

Supervisor cakap sebab dia tak ada kerja nak bagi, so dia suruh ambil cuti. Boleh ke macam ni?? Majikan paksa pekerja mengambil cuti?

If there's any mutual understanding between the team, as long as it has been mutually agreed before the commencement date, or even had done it before.
