Should you let worker that have 10 days quarantine to come back to office or wait until 14 days?

if your Covid positive employees already gotten release order from CAC Shah Alam after 10days quarantine, will you allow them to return to work or get them to WFH for another week and back to office after day 14?

I usually ask them go and work from home for another week even though I knew the virus is no longer active. It just to ensure that the workers are ready to work in the office.
