Would like to ask if the MC slip is chop signed by the doctor, but when called clinic have no record of my staff visiting due to doctor being neighbour with my staff. So my staff when feel unwell he just go visit the doctor's house, and doctor straight issue MC slip to my staff, with no medication fees all those. I called clinic before to provide doctor's number and consult my staff on his neighbour's doctor number, same number. And have clarify before with that doctor before, and the doctor did clarify to me on it. It happen a few times before I started investigating it, so does the MC slip considered as legit or not?
