Boleh ke boss suruh pekerja kerja Public Holiday?

my situation is boss minta pekerja untuk bekerja this Wesak Day dengan alasan Cuti Aidilfitri dah bagi cuti lebih. Contoh Cuti Aidilfitri dah bagi 5 hari. Is it okay?
