Can the company force workers to take AL?

They won't allowed us to login to work and wont let us Work From Home (even some of us can, like Sales Team like me can). They want us to use AL. Boleh ke itu macam?

Simple answer: no, company can't force employee to take annual leave. Forcing to take is no different from depriving employee of their annual leave. You may call JTK and confirm again.
