Notice period as no confirmation letter after working more than 1.5 years

In my offer letter, it was stated the probation period is 3 months. The notice period for resignation is 1 month before confirm, and 3 months after confirmation. I’ve been working for 1.5 years without receiving the confirmation letter. Even after the probation period, no one told me the probation period is extended. So, is my notice period 1 month or 3 months now?
