Apologies for the situation you are facing. It is important to address such issues professionally and effectively. Here are the steps you can take now: 1. Revisit your company's policies: Familiarize yourself with the policies related to breaks, work allocation, and employee treatment within your organization. This will help you understand your rights and the expectations set for managers. 2. Communicate with your manager: Schedule a meeting with your manager to discuss your concerns. Calmly explain the reasons for your resignation and how you feel unfairly treated. Try to find a resolution or compromise that suits both parties. 3. Consult with HR: If your manager is unresponsive or if the situation does not improve, reach out to your Human Resources department. Inform them about the issues you are facing and provide any evidence, such as emails or messages, that support your claims. They will guide you further and initiate appropriate actions to address the problem. 4. Seek legal advice: If the situation remains unresolved or if your rights continue to be violated, you may consider consulting with a lawyer who specializes in labor or employment law. They will be able to provide you with advice based on your specific circumstances and help you navigate through any legal implications. Remember, it is important to remain professional throughout this process. Maintain proper documentation of all communication and incidents related to your case. Good luck in resolving this matter.
