Nak berhenti kerana dapat tawaran kerja di tempat lain tetapi masih belum mendapatkan offer letter/confirm letter setelah berkerja selama setahun+

saya mula bekerja pada Feb23 sebagai kontrak selama 10 bulan tanpa menerima apa2 letter dari HR. Kemudian, pada Jan24, saya diberitahu bahawa saya telah mnjadi pekerja tetap tanpa sebarang letter juga. saya ada minta confirm letter dari Manager, tapi selalu diendahkan. saya nak tahu boleh ke kalau saya nak berhenti dengan notis kurang dari sebulan? atau notis satu minggu? adakah tindakan saya salah walaupun saya tidak ada confirm letter? saya akan dikenakan apa2 tindakan ke? harap dapat menjawab persoalan saya. terima kasih
