1.Bolehkah tender resignation letter on last month of maternity leave? And effective quit next month. 2.Boleh kah menghabiskn cuti tahun dan apply upl sebelum resignation? Tanpa bagi effect penahanan gaji bagi bulan sebelum itu untuk ckupkn 30 Hari notis resign

Based on the Labor Act, it is not advisable to tender a resignation letter during the last month of maternity leave as it may affect the maternity benefits entitled to the employee. If the resignation is submitted during the last month of maternity leave and is effective the following month, it is recommended to consult with HR or legal experts for further guidance. As for utilizing annual leave and applying for unpaid leave before resignation, it is possible but the company may choose to withhold salary for the notice period required by the Labor Act.
