HANTAR SURAT RESIGN TAPI SUDAH AMBIL CUTI SEMINGGU KERANA MC

Pekerja saya telah menghantar surat resign notis 1 bulan, lepas dia hantar surat, dia cuti selama seminggu kerana MC, apakah syarikat saya patut buat? Adakah resignation period masih berjalan atau terminated?
