What kind of activities do you guys have in company for the reduction of high staff turnover rate?

Pay salary early between 23-25th every month, yearly bonus atleast 2 month, medical for spouse & immediate family, sports club, company trip with good environment. I think those are good enough for employees with current financial issue.

There are few reasons on why staff leave the company. Need to identify the problems first then can tackle one by one. Example would be excessive workload, uncompetitive salary, problematic managers
