Company need to pay April salary even staff tender on 1st March?

The notices period is 2 months, the team member tender 1st March 2020, does it mean that the company has to pay the salary until end of Apr?

The staff has to complete the 2 months notice period, which is ended on April. And salary will be paid until the end of April. Company can ask the person to work until End of March if got some valid reason, however the company still need to pay until April.
