Give resignation letter during MCO. What should I do?
Kindly advise I have 1 staff who give resignation letter on 13th March with two weeks notice. But coincidentally that two weeks notice clash with the MCO period. How should I calculate the staff salary ?
1) Do I calculate her as monthly still?
2) or i deduct that two weeks notice as it clashes with the MCO period
Looking for best option. If i pay one month, then do he still have to come to serve the 2 weeks notice?
