How should I calculate the staff salary?

Kindly advise I have 1 staff who give a resignation letter on 13th March with two weeks' notice.  But coincidentally that two weeks notice clash with the MCO period. How should I calculate the staff salary?  1) Do I calculate her monthly still?  

2) or I deduct that two weeks' notice as it clashes with the MCO period?

No need since the 2 weeks MCO considered as serving the notice already
