Resign or stay? Wasting time feel if continue stay at the company, but I have to restart at the same position in another company if I resign.

Worked at an audit company for 1 year and 10 months. No get any promotion or increment, OT didn't get paid. Recently forced to work on every Saturday and Sunday in month Oct as 1 day leave for reward.

Is depends on you. My suggestion, search for a job that you patience about and suitable to you skills also experiences while stay at current organization. Reason is nowadays is hard to find a job and a lot people are not secure any permanent job. Thus, if you not happy then search a new job while working at current company.

Hi i have friends which has the same situation and same position of work like u, They chosen resign due to stress and tired with long term of working hours without getting a proper rest and no OT paid. Now they have gone off to a better work and happy. So good luck with u too.
