How do i choose when i have two options as per below:-
1) Boss promoted you to one more grade
2) Get a new job offer
*Salary same for both option.

If you still want to do more for your current company, then I recommend for you to stay. With this current situation, not every job is secure but when your own boss actually promoted you, I believe that this is good chance for you but if you would like to get a new working environment, then you can go for the second one. You need to check on the pros and cons for each section.
