Did not confirm for 1.5 years, therefore need to terminate.

termination case but being forced to issue resignation letter. She not confirmed after 1.5 years of working. but in the appointment letter mentioned after 6 month working, but no appraisal being done to evaluate after 6 mths of working...reason being MCO. Management jumpe die on 22 march verbally said that she was given 2-month notice of termination. On 23 April, management lagi sekali jumpe die...mintak die bagi resignation letter...however she refused sebab die memang tak nak resign pun.

You said being forced to issue resignation letter? Meaning she give her own resign letter or how?
