Probation boleh ke nak resign 24 hours kalau dah sign offer letter?

saya masih dalam tempoh probation, tapi saya dah sign offer letter yang nyatakan "Employee need to give notice 2 months before resigning or penalty 2 months salary" tapi saya belum permanent, adakah saya boleh resign 24 hours atau perlu 2 months notice juga?

I would say, give notice with rational reason. Talk to your manager or person in charge on this matter before handing over the resignation letter.
