Staff employment less than 3 months, still in probation period. Currently she pregnant. In our Employment letter, if in probation period employer can terminate the contract within 24hours. Due to bad performance and attitude, may i know what the process we can take action and terminate her contract?

Termination due to performance is very tricky. Make sure you have done performance improvement plan (PIP) before proceeding.
