Can we terminate the staff if he gets final warning letter?

If the employee already got a final warning letter then after almost 1 year his/ her performance not meet the expectation, can we terminate him? then he/she not entitled to compensation benefit right?

Termination has to go through due process. You have to ensure the following has been done 1)First Warning Done 2) 2nd Warning 3) Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) The company has to ensure they have document everything and that the company had shown that they had make enough opporunity for the employee to improve
