Procedure & action if foreign workers running away

What is the futher action and procedure need to take if foreign worker run away? With whom I need to loudge report? 1. Police 2. JKT 3. Imigresen can we include a clause in their sales target achievement that if not achieving, they will be terminated due to frustration of contract?

Usually labour office will see it this way, the interview process is important and you find the candices suitable thus hire them in. If not suitable, must provide valid reason (black and white in all forms of record) not simply terminate as that. Usually termination within probation shouldnt be any problem unlike those probation is long overdue and considered "unknown" status.

Police report. If you want do it proper, then go report at immigration and will kena denda.

A sales target shud be something that is inspiring.... Not demoting the working/sales spirit

Can but better follow the proper probationary process like jotting down on a form/paper/record whatever you name it on monthly basis and get the staff signature too as a process of review to show they understand what they lack of and what company/superior has guided them through. Below expectation, can terminate them without hassle (with reasonable explanation) only if the proper paper trail is done.
