What is the real procedure to terminate employee?

I Would like to ask that the employer terminate the staff coz for during MCO no business. Then, company need to cut down the staff.The boss just leave a msg to the staff 'kindly inform that u will work until this weeks (one week) but i will pay full on this month to you'. She work almost 13 years and no warning letter issue. May i know MOHR can accept the staff complaint to boss? but the staff doesn't have appointment letter from company and she salary was 2000 above. even the staff request the terminate letter to apply EIS by boss, but just get a reason from boss 'pls wait until few month if u want the letter'

If your salary is less than 5k and u want compensation then file a case with JTK. If your salary is more than 5k and if you don't want compensation and want job back then u file yr case at IR Dept for reinstatement
