The basic rule for the remedy of Section 20 is reinstatement. However, usually in a Constructive Dismissal case, the relationship between the employer and employee has deteriorated to the extent that reinstatement is no longer feasible. Therefor, the common remedy given in CD cases is backwages and termination benefit.
