Can we terminate probation employee even though they still have unpaid MC.

our probation is not entitles for annual leave and mc. And their mc is unpaid. Is it okay or we must give mc although they are in probation period? I mean can let go as simple as that?

Rules of thumb to let go an employee; communicate the non-performance issue, give the employee ample chance and RESOURCES to improve, terminate if the employee failed to ADEQUATELY improve.
