Can we release workers earlier than their tender date?

My company staff tender resignation on 31 Jan 2020 ..effective one month notice....now she decided to leave earlier bcz she handover all the works assigned to her...handover forms all signed and passed to next person in charge....may i knw can i release her earlier and pay the salary from 1 feb till date only?

Subject to your company, since she has done for handover things, and she wants to leave early, u can ask her to send written letter to request early release, and u get your mgmt approval, if ur mgmt is approved, then issue acceptance letter for early release, you can pay her salary from 1st feb till the date. documentation is better and protect for both parties.
