Worker MIA, can I terminate him?

Company started work on 19th July, but employee did not turn up. Management called, but no answer, no reply text. 30th call up and request to join work. Company had applied for PSU and received PSU payment too. Hope to have some advise ??.

Office starts operate on 19th, but employee fails to come to work till 30th? Then employee requested to come to work? Why employee went mia till 30th? This is subjected to termination due to insubordination. Under this circumstance, can update socso abt the situation. I think they hv no issue if company terminates employee due to disciplinary issue.
