If termination, company still need to pay 2 months notice to the employees?

Termination due to too much warning letter from not doing work. Worked for one year.

建议你做Domestic Inquiry，就算员工的警告信有出。记住了，在IR里面一个act section 20 under dimissal unfair, 老板的胜算如果没有DI (Domestic Inquiry) 就是很低。
