Would like to seek for your advice on termination of staff that on probation term which due during MCO. He's been extended for twice and now my boss ordered to terminate him. What should the procedure be and how should the letter sound? Should pay compensation? Thanks and appreciate.

Probation period is a period given by company to assess the suitability of a new employee to the job, environment & culture in the company. If an extension has already been given and yet the company does not find suitability, termination is possible.

Non extention of probation due to performance.. Must do the proper documentation.
