If claim PSU is cannot paycut for earn below RM4000 but we can paycut or NPL for RM 4001 and above right?

If employee salary reduce from 4k above till 4k below start march 2020, is they still can apply for ERP? If company ask employee to take unpaid leave, they still can apply ERP oso?

Any salary reduction..submit pk form to JTK for records

Paycut for staff rm4001..可以。。只要公司可以回答到JTK。。

By rules...u need to submit pk form 30 days before any salary reduction

Reduce salary to 4k below and with 30days continuously NPL /UPL wth official mome/notice from company to staff
