I almost get employed by my dream company but yesterday morning I received an email from them stating that they unable to proceed with my application regarding the adverse feedback received about me. Its unfair for me to both past and future employer. For past employer, they did not even provided me with an offer letter which is hard for me to know the policy, guidelines, and my exact job roles. For my future employer, they straight away rejected me without asking my clarification on the adverse feedback. What should i do now?
