Hi, if intern period is just 2 months but the student is willing & agreed to stay another 2 months before their new course start. Should I include/mention these additional 2 months in the intern offer letter? Whats to stop them from leaving after they finish their 2 month?

Does employee contribution to EPF changed to 7%?

May I know if it’s true the employee portion EPF contribution is going to be lowered from 11% to 7%?

anyone know whoever wants to maintain 11%..after fill up the form who submit to KWSP? Majikan or employee? & it's effective march till end of this year?

Is Relocation Allowance subject to PCB, EPF, Socso and EIS?

We are transferring an employee from Pulau Indah Warehouse to North North Warehouse, so we are paying a fixed monthly Relocation Allowance of RM300.

Hi, one of the staff from my company has been terminated immediately for sexual harrasment misconduct.Im confused whether we need to pay his salary plus his balance annual leave.he has 5 days of balance annual leave.Need your kind advise.
