My company is a service provider that pays employees a per session basis. I would like to ask if we want to pay their sessions salary without contributing to the EPF, what should be the correct and legal way to call this remuneration that will be reflected on their payslips? I have seen some companies use this method but their salary will be given two weeks after their basic salary.
