Does company need to give their workers payslip every month

For how long HR should keep the copt, 1 year ? Staff can print it out whenever they need it, is it ? Would like to ask- is it compulsory to give out payslip, and is there any deadline for this every month? Couldn't seem to find info on this.

Your HR has done their work, they has distributed it to u on line, so it is up to u to print or Not to print it.
