Employee say her delivery date is 15 mar. she give resign letter on 14 mar. where she need to serve 2 mth notice but she is taking maternity leave. so i still need to pay her salary.

Is she still your company's staff during the 2 months Notice? If yes then she is entitle for all benefits given by your company including salary.
