My company partially waste management & manufactiring facility. Starting tomoro, all general workers, machine operators, supervisors not working, while rest of ofis staff work from home. Only few still come to ofis@plant: 1. HODs@ if no HODs then 1 of the staff, but if x feeling well just work from home like the other ofis staff 2. Security & Safety- to prevent plant from safety issues like fire etc 3. Workers who stay at quarters next to plant r given options to either balik kpg or do simple works at plant like packaging etc Salary to be pay in full for next 2 weeks for all, as for after that 2 weeks, if still hv partial lockdown, the company will try it best to continue pay in full & if worse & cant pay in full, company will fill up the temporary layoffs form with JTK
