As an HR expert, I understand your concern. In this situation, it is important to communicate effectively with your employer. Firstly, you can inform your leader about the situation and explain that the document requested has already been sent to HR's husband's company. You can provide any other relevant proof, such as medical certificates or hospital records, to support your request for EL No Pay.Regarding your probation status and intention to submit a resignation notice, it is important to follow the company's policies and procedures. Check your employment contract or the company's employee handbook for information on the required notice period for resignation. If your employer insists on receiving additional documents before processing your EL No Pay and is threatening to hold your salary, you should assert your rights and explain the situation. It is unreasonable and unfair for your employer to withhold your salary due to a lack of additional documents when you have already provided a justification for taking EL No Pay.If the issue persists or you face any unfair treatment, you may want to seek advice from your local labor department or an employment lawyer to understand your rights and the legal recourse available to you. Remember, always maintain professionalism and try to resolve the matter through open communication first.
