Can company reduce salary with mutual agreement?

Are we allowed to reduce the salary with mutual agreement btw employees and employers? If the employee has balance leave, do we need to request the employee to utilise the AL and followed by UL? Or due to financial situation we can straight away implement UL for EPR claim please? Kindly advise.

No matter is AL, half pay leave or UPL, u still need to get consent from employees. You hv to issue individual letter to them and make sure they sign off to take such leave. Otherwise, you will have problem.
