Depend on every company. Some companies give certain allowance when they work on offday/ rest day while there are some giving replacement day or triple pay too.

Company trip should not be considered as work. So no payment of PH is required.

As a caring employer, I suggest to better yet provide replacement leave as the employees are better off spending time with their family on a PH. Such gesture will also be appreciated by the employees.
