How to categorize staff salary if staff had 2 positions?

I have one question. What if a staff have a position in 2 of our companies? (means different companies but under same group). How do we categorize that staff under payroll? Can he have 2 salaries? What would you suggest?

Normally if someone handle more than one company but under same group. We will only differentiate transfer pricing by finance/ accounts department.

Just give him position allowance or something similar.
